Common questions
Is UdyamSathi really self-hosted?
Yes. UdyamSathi is a WordPress plugin. It runs on your own WordPress installation, on any hosting provider you choose — shared hosting, VPS, or your own server. Your data never leaves your server unless you explicitly export it. This is a deliberate design choice for Indian firms concerned about data sovereignty and the IT Act.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Your data stays intact. The portal continues to work in read-only mode so you can export anything before deciding. When you purchase a plan, full access is restored instantly via a license key. There is no automatic billing during the trial.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch to annual at any time and receive a prorated credit for unused monthly time. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the next renewal date.
Does the pricing include GST?
All displayed prices are exclusive of GST at 18%. Your invoice will show the GST amount separately. A GST-compliant invoice is issued automatically for every payment.
What is the team member limit?
A team member is any user who can log into the portal. Site visitors and unauthenticated WordPress users do not count. If you need more members than your plan allows, upgrade to the next tier — there is no per-seat add-on charge.
Do I need the AI feature? Is it included?
AI generation (proposals, emails, risk analysis) is included in the Growth and Enterprise plans. You need to provide your own OpenAI API key — costs go directly from OpenAI to you (typically ₹10–50 per generation depending on the model). We do not mark up API usage.
